What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that the goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in the same condition you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

In your email, please include proof of purchase, your full name, date and method of purchase, stating the reason for the return and we will respond accordingly. Please note that we may need photo evidence as part of your return process.

How will my order be delivered?

We only want the best for our customers, so we offer delivery service with DHL ECommerce.

Compensation may be payable in the event of loss or damage if proof of posting and evidence can be provided by DHL ECommerce . It is the buyers responsibility to carry out this claims process. 

If I buy Clinisoothe+ Skin Purifier online, can I return it in store?

Currently, Clinisoothe+ bought directly from this website can only be returned using our returns policy.
